Formula based on 15% unrefined, certified TAMA® shea butter

supports the skin's hydrolipid barrier and helps reduce moisture loss. Shea butter is a natural source of lipids and vitamins, which help smooth and improve the elasticity of the skin.

The balm's effect comes from a carefully thought-out blend of ingredients that complement each other in daily care. The formula combines ingredients that moisturize with those that help lock it into your skin, so the effect doesn’t disappear after a few minutes.

The natural structure of the balm supports skin comfort after washing, helping to reduce the feeling of tightness and make the skin noticeably smoother and more elastic. It's care that works with your skin's rhythm — without overloading it and without any temporary effects.

What a wonderful scent – a fresh, lavender fragrance enhanced by a touch of lemongrass. It’s perfect for the lips; it moisturises them deeply, though of course it doesn’t give that shine you get from typical lip glosses or lip balms. You need to scoop it out with a spatula, warm it up in your hand and then apply it to your lips. I also use it on my face or hands if I’ve run out of the full-size product.

My daughter has been using this butter for a few months and has noticed that her scars from a second-degree burn have smoothed out considerably. I bought it because I saw Zosia Zborowska recommend it on Instagram ;) I’m happy with the product. Admittedly, I could use it more often, as I tend to forget to use it regularly. But first of all – it smells lovely (the scent reminds me of a spa treatment) – which is important, as I’m pregnant and very few scents agree with me! Secondly – something I was worried about – it doesn’t make my hair greasy at all! It rinses out easily, and I leave it in for longer than 20 minutes (I usually apply it and just sit in the bath enjoying the scent :) My hair’s condition is a definite plus. With regular use, I reckon some people might even stop using other hair-smoothing products! I’d definitely recommend it :)

Tama shea butter is the first shea butter I’ve ever had. I was really surprised by its texture and lovely scent. From what I’d heard, shea butters don’t usually smell very nice. This one has a subtle scent. After just one use, my skin feels soft – both on my hands and my face. Despite my skin’s tendency to become clogged and break out, I haven’t experienced any such issues. I highly recommend it!
